APE

Dear Me,

Late last year, the office management changed our health care provider. Last Saturday, I had my APE at the new hc provider. I missed the old one because I felt that they were way more efficient and friendlier than the new one.

Hey, our Head Office in Tokyo required as to have the anti-flu vaccine. Just wondering if it had something to do with either of these two: (1) the fact that the bird flu virus is on the rise again OR (2) me being always "down" with the flu. Hahaha.

It was just my first visit so I wouldn't say anything unpleasant yet. Hmm. But that nurse should start behaving before I challengingly put her into her proper place. Ayan, humirit pa. Hehehe.
