Your raffle coupon/s may be claimed upon presenting the receipt/s to the Customer Service Counter of the branch where the purchase was made. Receipts will be stamped 'CLAIMED' upon receipt of raffle coupon/s.

The receipts must be dated from April 1 to May 15, 2009 only.

The raffle coupons must be filled out with the customer's complete name, address, telephone number, mobile phone number, email address and affix signature; then drop at the designated drop box at the Customer Service counter at any Powerbooks branch.

The deadline of submission of entries is on May 15, 2009, Friday at 9:00pm.

Lucky winners will be drawn on May 18, 2009, Monday at 5:00pm at the Powerbooks Head Office at Pasig City in the presence of a DTI representative.

Participating Powerbooks branches are the following: Megamall, Greenbelt 4, Glorietta, Alabang, ShangriLa, Robinsons Ermita, Festival Mall, Trinoma and Mall of Asia.
