Dear Me,
The Malacanang Palace has declared June 30, 2010, Wednesday, as a special non-working holiday nationwide.
President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has declared June 30 as a holiday to give way for the inauguration rites of the incoming 15th commander-in-chief of the Philippines, President-elect Benigno Aquino III.
The inauguration will happen at the Quirino Grandstand in Rizal Park in Manila.
The formal declaration will be issued later.
